At Samuel Johnston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include all tags, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
